ChaLEAN Extreme Gets You Lean

    I completed Chalean Extreme about a week ago. I lost 10% body fat and gained 10% muscle. I went down a pant size and shirt size. While I had good results physically this workout just made me feel stronger! I struggled with good foods vs bad foods and with the nutrition plan Im finally catching on to what to eat. Chalene Johnson puts more into her workout programs than just a pretty face and a few routines. She really does motivate you to become a better person physically AND emotionally. So much has changed for my life once I stopped being so negative and hard on myself. I wouldnt have been able to do so without the guidance of ‘my little ball of energy’. I feel great! Still working towards my goal weight with the TurboFire/Chalean Extreme hybrid schedule. Im a busy single parent but I MAKE TIME for me and I dont feel guilty about it!
