Day 1: Crunching The Numbers

Ready to talk numbers, shall we?

Okay. Let’s go.

Today I weigh in at 218.4 lbs.
Waist: 42 inches
Belly: 46 inches
Right thigh: 23 inches
Left thigh: 25 inches
Left calf: 17 inches
Right calf: 16.5 inches
Neck: 16 inches
Chest: 38 inches
Left Bicep: 13 inches
Right Bicep: 14 incches
Around Butt: 44 inches

Why am I posting these, and why am I posting any of this in general? I guess it’s my form of accountability. I always tell my clients to “start a blog!” or “blog it!” so this is a taste of my own medicine.

I also feel like there might be one person out there who can benefit from this, and as cliche as it sounds, if one person feels motivated from my words that’s good enough for me to invest the time it takes to write these words. Over the next weeks and probably months (assuming I don’t get off the bandwagon – THINK POSITIVELY!) we will get to know each other well. I’d like you to comment, but understand if you sometimes don’t. I won’t take it personally. I’ll keep chugging along either way.

Next up, a listing (as detailed as I can get without being too personal) of my prescription and over the counter medications. I also would like you to know what dietary supplements I’m using, including shakes, juices, concentrates and formulations.
