Sometimes it does. I found a book at the library called “Cardio-Free Diet” and it’s all about how to lose weight WITHOUT the cardio. I hate cardio so I was intrigued, but so confused because isn’t cardio a big part of losing weight?

I’m very interested to know just what this guy has to say about cardio, and why he doesn’t believe cardio is the answer. So far he’s just denounced cardio workouts, and I’m getting into the scientific explanation of why they don’t work – at least according to the book – so I have to wrap my head around this before sharing it.
