Do Some Things Sound Too Good to be True?

Sometimes it does. I found a book at the library called “Cardio-Free Diet” and it’s all about how to lose weight WITHOUT the cardio. I hate cardio so I was intrigued, but so confused because isn’t cardio a big part of losing weight?

I just started reading the book, but I will definitely update you guys on what I think when I finish it. If you want to check it out yourself, you can buy the book here.

I’m very interested to know just what this guy has to say about cardio, and why he doesn’t believe cardio is the answer. So far he’s just denounced cardio workouts, and I’m getting into the scientific explanation of why they don’t work – at least according to the book – so I have to wrap my head around this before sharing it.

If anything, it’ll be a good read. I’m always up for reading about new things about our health and the world’s health. If you have any suggestions, please comment below! I’ll be sure to look for them.
