We made homemade gluten-free pizza for dinner tonight. It came out really well. We used AIM’s gluten-free pizza flour, and it came out amazing. I was surprised by how close to regular crust it tasted! I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything with this pizza. I used organic Mozzarella cheese and organic pepperoni for the toppings. Everything is organic now! I loved how it tasted and I didn’t feel any guilt over it because it was clean food.
AIM’s Gluten-free pizza crust flour (follow instructions on the package)
Organic Mozzarella cheese
Organic Pizza sauce
To make the crust, please refer to the instructions on your bag. If you are using AIM’s flour, it requires the crust to be cook first before adding the toppings. Cook at 450 degrees F for 18 minutes, then add toppings and cook for another 20 minutes.
Slice into pieces and enjoy!
