Hungover Monday Greens

It’s the day after St. Patrick’s Day. Maybe some of you had a little TOO much fun yesterday. Don’t worry, we have just the cure for your hangover greens.

1. Drink a refreshing glass of Shakeology! The whole superfoods found in Shakeology will help your stomach. You need good food to help calm your stomach down. And no, that taco you had at 3 a.m. this morning doesn’t count. Go make that Shakeology, now.
