Pumpkin Pie Shakeology Recipe

Fall seems to bring about an obsession with all things pumpkin. There’s pumpkin pie, muffins, bread, cookies and more. Or there’s a great way to get that pumpkin fix in a HEALTHY way ….oh and it’s TASTY too! :)



  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 cup rice, soy, almond, or low-fat milk (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • Ice (optional)

Combine all ingredients in blender, and puree or blend until smooth. There are plenty of pumpkin pie spice mixes out there, so if you have one feel free to substitute for the cinnamon and nutmeg. Add more pumpkin for a thicker, and even greater vitamin A-full shake. Makes 1 serving.
