Pumpkin pie spice shakeology
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup rice, soy, almond, or low-fat milk (plain or vanilla)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin, unsweetened
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
