We make a great fall smoothie now that the weather has turned..
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we like pea protein)
• 1 cup Silk Pumpkin Spice Soy Milk (on shelves now!)
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, unsweetened
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• an ice cube or two
Add all ingredients in blender and combine until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
