Every day this week, I’m making dinner in the slow cooker. So far it’s been 50/50 hit or miss. Tomorrow is pot roast. I’m trying to find something I can enjoy doing, and slow cooker cooking might be something. It’s quick, I put the stuff in, and forget about it. I don’t stress over it, I don’t whine about how I have to make dinner. Plus, I think it’s healthier, because you have to make it from scratch using fresh stuff.
I’m just rambling, because I feel anxious and I wanted to do something to take my mind off of it. Unfortunately, it’s not working.
