Fat gets a bad rap. As health conscious as we are, we forget that fats are an important part of our diet and are necessary in healthy amounts and forms.

Now you’re probably thinking: what are the best sources of healthy fats? Avocados, eggs, olive oil, nuts, nut butters and fish are some of my favorites. Eat them in moderation and know you’re doing something good for your body!
